The Barrington Career Center is here to help anyone in a job transition learn the skills needed to launch and maintain a successful job search in today's challenging job market. We offer networking, one on one job coaching, interviewing skills workshops, weekly seminars and much more. Check out our event calendar for up to date information about our service offerings.
Our office is equipped with Wi-fi, up to date computers, copier, fax and printers. We are open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, Fridays from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm.
During 2009, we served close to 600 job seekers from over 100 communities in Lake, Cook, McHenry, and Kane counties each year. BCC services are available to anyone in need of job search training.
As of January 1, 2010 our annual membership fees are $100 ($60 for renewal), which include a free copy of Clyde C. Lowstuter's book "In Search of the Perfect Job."
